an important part of tiwa monitoring your performance as an agent is that areas for improvement may be identified if an area for improvement is identified, you will be notified by the relevant tiwa regional manager to discuss the issue and strategies to address the issue this is known as a corrective action a corrective action will allow tiwa to understand the root causes of the issue and to work collaboratively with practical solutions a corrective action also provides the opportunity for you to discuss any challenges, seek guidance from tiwa, and explore strategies for improvement depending on the nature of the issue, tiwa may implement a number of corrective actions for example, if there was a noticeable decrease in student recruitment numbers, an increase in visa refusals, or a decline in the quality of students being referred, tiwa may consider things like additional training, performance target setting, placing restrictions on recruitment (such as limiting regions or cohorts for recruitment) or placing increased scrutiny on applications depending on the nature of the issue identified, tiwa may also consider suspension or termination of our agent agreement where a corrective action is implemented, it is important that you undertake the reason for this and actively work to address and resolve the issue promptly through a collaborative and supportive approach, tiwa aims to work closely with you to create a productive partnership, enhancing the educational experience of our international students
