as a registered tiwa agent, the responsibility to maintain standards and ensure a positive educational experience for our students is a priority whilst we aim to work in a collaborative and supportive way, there are a number of circumstances which may result in tiwa terminating the agent agreement if, after engaging in corrective actions to address an issue, you have not resolved or demonstrated required improvement, or in the event of a breach to our agent agreement, tiwa may terminate the agent agreement in addition, if tiwa becomes aware, or has reason to believe, that an agent’s employee or subcontractor is engaging in false or misleading recruitment practices, then tiwa would terminate the agent agreement, or require you to terminate your relationship with the employee or subcontractor engaging in those practices as a registered tiwa agent, you are encouraged to utilise the resources and support provided by tiwa to avoid such outcomes, striving for excellence in recruitment practices and student services
