tiwa is committed to maintaining the highest standards of education and care for our international students to ensure these standards are upheld, tiwa places great importance on the training and monitoring of our education agents as a registered tiwa agent, you will receive training to understand your responsibilities and requirements of tiwa this includes guidance on areas such as tiwa’s course offerings, tiwa’s policies and tiwa processes through fostering a deep understanding of your responsibilities as a registered tiwa agent, we empower our agents to contribute positively to students’ educational journey with tiwa monitoring our agents' performance is an ongoing process at tiwa as a registered tiwa agent, we will regularly review your activities to ensure that you are actively engaging with us, providing appropriate support to students, maintaining integrity in the student recruitment process and complying with the esos act and national code tiwa also monitors performance in a number of key areas including student recruitment and enrolments, visa grant rates, student withdrawals and terminations, and training and engagement with tiwa stakeholder feedback, engagement, recruitment targets, and performance evaluations are an integral part of this process and may lead to tiwa implementing corrective action, which could include additional agent training
