An applicant must be a suitable candidate for the Duolingo English Test, these conditions being:
- Application is eligible for a conditional offer;
- Application is from a country that does not require a formal English test (eg IELTS) for their student visa; and
- The student cannot meet the course’s English requirement through other means (eg other tests, certifications, or acceptable previous English/Schools studies that are sufficient).
Remember that the certificate is not shared with the agent or the student, only the result scores.
