Managing conflicts of interest

as a registered tiwa agent, you are required to declare all conflicts of interests with your duties as an education agent of tiwa in writing furthermore, tiwa requires that you take all reasonable steps to avoid any conflicts of interest in your duties as an education agent this extends to all conflicts of interest whether they are perceived, potential or actual to effectively manage conflicts of interest, you must identify and declare any situation that might compromise your ability to offer impartial advice or represent the interests of students or tiwa faithfully this includes situations where personal relationships, financial incentives, or other external pressures might interfere with your duties by doing so, agents contribute to maintaining a transparent and ethical recruitment process, which is fundamental to ensuring the success and satisfaction of international students and the integrity of tiwa's programs and services
